Dad seemed to be by the nurses station again this morning. It was sunny here in Princeton, yet cloudy in Yankton today. Read Dad a birthday poem that I wrote many years ago.
This is a video my Dad George Smith made documenting my brother Pat Smith.

This include a channel 5 KSTP segment by Jason Davis "On The Road" that featured Pat while he was getting his masters degree at St Cloud State University.
Dad must have been standing right next to the nurses station today, as I got to talk to him right away. The cold weather seems to be behind us now and warmer temps are ahead. I did mention the caricatures that were drawn at the Pioneer Village, which happened to be Kathy's 12 birthday.
This was a two part conversation this morning, the phone that Dad was using it's batteries were about to go out and I had to call back. Dad was pretty engaging the first time I called. It was pretty cold in both Yankton and Princeton, but at least Yankton was above zero. We have not been above zero in several day's.
This is just a clip of the Movie where my Dad, my brother Pat, my friend Jeff Lindner were extras in the wrestling scene.
I am assuming that Dad was by the fireplace this morning he could not confirm where he was at. It was below zero still in Princeton as of this morning and not supposed to get much warmer, Yankton was at least above zero.
