Came through the big snowstorm without much problems Didn't recall ever having any problems with Federal Government shut downs. Went through the current movie options in Yankton, nothing really sprung out as a must see. Talked about Don Vaneps dog Bowser.

One day before the big snow storm and the big football game. Didn't feel to worried about the upcoming snow, and had no interest in the football game outcome.

Teachers in the old day's could get away with a lot more than they can today.

Dad had one last Christmas Party to go to hosted by the First Dakota National Bank. It will be at Minerva's

He got over 60 birthday cards wishing him a Happy Birthday.

It was a little warmer in Yankton than in Princeton. Yankton was about 3 above zero, where in Princeton it was 14 below zero. The temperature will not slow either of us down from getting out and doing stuff. Dad mentioned the weather was a reason he didn't wan't to become a letter carrier.

Played a little bit of The Hut-Sut song from the 1940's. I heard it on a movie I was watching and now it has been an ear worm to me. He recognized as being a popular song in the day.
