Recovering from a snowy day yesterday. Yankton is still in a blizzard warning, and Princeton is in a Winter Storm Warning until 6 this evening.
I thought that they might have been going to the funeral of Elaine Martin this morning. She worked with JoAnn at JC Penny's and I remember her and her husband Barney from the Antique Auto Club. There was no mention of going to a funeral which is good on a day like today.

Made our connection using the plan B phone number today. It is a Happy Birthday day today for Baby Boy George, 92 today.
On this momentous occasion it was very cold, below zero in both Yankton and Princeton.
The Vikings are playing the 49's this afternoon, wish I could say that I had all the confidence in the world for a positive outcome, but I am not placing any bets.

Today's conversation got off to a rocky start, but finally made contact with Dad. A pleasant day for the first weekend of the New Year. It is Wild Card weekend for the NFL playoffs. And off to see a movie this afternoon.
